What to do when someone buys the course.

Until the automated learning platform is built, use Stripe as your order list and follow this simple fulfilment process.

  1. Check Stripe payments Open Stripe and confirm the payment succeeded.
  2. Save buyer details Record name, email, course purchased, payment date and payment ID.
  3. Send access email Email the learner with course access instructions and expected next steps.
  4. Track progress manually Use a spreadsheet until the student dashboard is built.
  5. Issue certificate After completion, send a certificate with student name, course title and completion date.

  • Check Stripe for new payments.
  • Reply to course access and organisation enquiries.
  • Confirm the website and Buy Button still load.

Every week

  • Post one practical autism or SEND training tip.
  • Review course enquiries and common questions.
  • Back up buyer and enrolment records.

Next build phase
